Nepal is situated in the South Asia and its natural space is full of mountains and agricultural fields. Diversified with various culture and religion, Nepali foods and cuisines differs from one geographical region to next. Naturally, from the open spaces filled with greenaries and himalayas in the Northern part of Nepal, swings the food taste differently.

Nepal an agro-based country, where subtropical climate and medium temperature blows, food perception and flavour has lead to intense growth for special foods and spices. Nepalese food civilization has achieved a great savor where Tibetan aliments, spices and Indian foods can be felt within the Nepalese cooking.

Nepali foods and cuisines seems to be unique which tastes differently in various parts of the country. Nepalese cuisine has a distinctive and a more elaborated cuisine, characterized by the various spices.

Variations and different taste of food might also depend on the festivals and celebrations within the country in which turn truly depends from one religion and culture to the next.
